Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with VELORA. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During high-volume periods, promotions, holidays, or unexpected delays, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 5–8 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking details to update after you receive your tracking number.

If your tracking information does not update immediately, this does not necessarily mean your order has not shipped. Carrier systems may take time to refresh.

4. Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

VELORA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, please contact us within 1 hour at:

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed, please first check the tracking information and contact the shipping carrier for the latest delivery status.

If your order appears to be lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at kyykuwglao@outlook.com with your order number.

We will review the order and tracking details to help determine the next steps.

VELORA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, incorrect addresses, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check:

  • Your mailbox, front door, porch, lobby, or reception area

  • Your neighbors or building management

  • Any safe delivery location around your address

  • The local shipping carrier or post office

If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us at kyykuwglao@outlook.com with your order number.

Please note that once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we may not be able to issue a refund or replacement unless the carrier confirms a delivery issue.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If a package is returned, delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, VELORA is not responsible for replacement, refund, or reshipment.

If reshipment is possible, additional shipping fees may apply.

8. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused, rejected, or left unclaimed by the customer and returned to us, any refund or reshipment will be reviewed according to our Return & Refund Policy and shipping carrier records.

Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, and handling costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.

9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Depending on your location, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated at checkout.

VELORA is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

10. Order Cancellation After Shipping

Once an order has been shipped or transferred to our fulfillment partner, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

If you no longer want the item after receiving it, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy to determine whether your order is eligible for return.
